Taco Mia keeps Burgeria's loop and swaps the grill for a meat station where beef or steak is cooked to a shade and portioned into the shell the ticket names. Quantity is scored — right ingredients in the wrong amount is still a bad taco — and it is the shortest build in the series to get a clean run in.

1. 1Shell first, then meat: the wrong shell cannot be fixed after filling.
2. 2Stop each scoop at the fill line drawn on the shell.
3. 3Cook two portions at once when the queue passes two — the meat station has room.
