Set in the stands at Griller Stadium, Hot Doggeria puts three items on every ticket, and only the dog has a cooking timer. Two-thirds of each order is assembly, which makes it one of the fastest shops to run cleanly — and the season changes the crowd, the menu and the toppings as it goes.

Three tips for five stars

1. 1Pour the drink and pop the corn while the dog grills — both finish before it does.
2. 2Bun toppings are scored on spread: drag slowly for an even line.
3. 3Popcorn size is on the ticket; the wrong cup is a deduction even when it is full.
