Breakfast stacks, and the series' first drink station

Batter goes on a griddle where each cake cooks on both sides; the stack is built with butter and toppings between layers and syrup over the top, and a drink is poured for the same customer. Pancakeria added the second beverage station that later shops kept, and it scores the stack order from the plate up.

Three tips for five stars

1. 1Pour all the cakes for one order at once — the griddle fits three.
2. 2Butter goes between every layer the ticket shows, not just on top.
3. 3Mix the drink while the second side cooks; it has no timer of its own.
