Wingeria scores where things sit on the plate, not just what is on it. Wings, strips and shrimp fry on separate timers, get tossed in a sauce and are laid out in specific positions alongside dips and sides. The sauce pass is instant and the fryer is shared, so the game is about planning the plate before the basket comes up.

2. 2Toss each batch separately — mixed sauces are a deduction on both.
3. 3Plate positions are numbered on the ticket; place dips last so they do not slide.
